Michlin Villa was built in 2009 and has been finished to a high standard offering truly comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 8 people. Michlin Villa benefits from parking areas adjacent to the property.

The villa is situated in the traditional Greek village of Eresos. The property is located in a quiet no-through road on the edge of the village but only a 10 minute walk away from the village square (the plateia). Eresos is a historic village with narrow cobbled streets and both grand and simple buildings.

Accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned with cooling/heating units in all the rooms. Hot water is provided by solar panels. The property is enhanced by cool granite tiled floors, high ceilings, spacious rooms and a marble staircase. All windows and doors are fitted with fly screens.

The villa is a wi fi hotspot.

Kitchen and Living Areas
The open-plan kitchen and living area is spacious and ideal for dining, relaxing or entertaining.

The attractive bespoke, painted, wooden kitchen incorporates a range of units under a granite work surface. There is a freestanding fridge/freezer, a ceramic hob and oven with extractor above and a full-size dishwasher.

The large living area is comfortably furnished, complete with TV and DVD player.

The ground floor cloakroom has a washbasin and w.c.

The utility room, with a separate entrance houses a washing machine, a Lazy Mary clothes drier/airer, ironing board and iron.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms are light and airy and have built-in wardrobes incorporating hanging space and drawers. The beds are fitted with Egyptian cotton sheets and lightweight duvets for any cooler nights.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and is double-bedded with an ensuite facility incorporating shower, wash basin and w.c.. Double doors lead on to the south facing terrace.

The other bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom 2 has its own private balcony, is double-bedded and has an ensuite facility with shower, wash basin and w.c..

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are each furnished with two twin beds. There is ample room for a cot should one be required. These bedrooms share a large family bathroom which has a walk-in shower enclosure, a w.c. and two washbasins set in a marble topped cupboard. Egyptian cotton bath and hand towels are provided.

Outside
The south facing terrace provides an ideal spot for relaxing, for al fresco dining or entertaining. There is a 4 metre plunge pool with a beautiful marble water feature. The pool has a shallow end of 1.08 metres and a deep end of 1.62metres. It will therefore be essential that children are supervised at all times. There is an outside shower.

Pool towels are provided for guests’ use.

The villa stands behind a traditional, high stone wall and has its own gated entrance.

Michlin Villa is immediately adjacent to Michlin House which has been renovated and extended to provide a holiday home for the owner of both properties.

Michlin House accommodates 6 people and is available for rental on a more limited basis

Michlin House is a renovated traditional stone village house which has been extended to provide a very comfortable home from home for the owner of Michlin House and Michlin Villa. A particularly attractive feature of the house is a south facing first floor terrace.

Open plan in design the kitchen and dining area are located in the ‘old house’; there is a spacious living area in the new extension.

The attractive bespoke, painted, wooden kitchen incorporates a range of units under a granite work surface. There is a freestanding fridge/freezer, a ceramic hob and oven with extractor above and a dishwasher.

The dining area also incorporates a ‘snug’ which can be used as a quiet sitting area and houses the familys music system, a TV and DVD. Guests are welcome to listen to the familys CDs and watch their DVD's – or alternatively bring along their own choices.

The living area in the extension has comfortable seating and provides a large, light and airy room in which to relax.

The utility room, with a separate entrance, houses a washing machine, a Lazy Mary clothes drier/airer, ironing board and iron.

The three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with hanging space and drawers. All the beds are fitted with Egyptian cotton sheets and lightweight duvets for any cooler nights.

Bedroom 1 on the ground floor is a very generously proportioned double-bedded room with a large ensuite shower room with a walk-in shower, a w.c. and double washbasins set in a marble topped cupboard.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are situated on the first floor of the old house. Bedroom 2 has dual aspect windows, whilst bedroom 3 has a window with views to the south. Both bedrooms have Turkish ceilings. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with a glass screened walk-in shower, a w.c., and a washbasin.

Egyptian cotton bath and hand towels are provided.

Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels

First Floor Terrace
Reached by a door from the first floor corridor the south-facing terrace provides a delightful outdoor space with stunning views to the sea in the south and over the village and the hills to the east. It has sun all day and is a great place from which to see the lovely sunsets and to star watch at night.

Outside
The south facing courtyard is attractively laid out with terracing and a herb and shrub border. It also provides an ideal area for relaxing, al fresco dining or entertaining.

The house stands behind a traditional, high stone wall and is reached through a large wooden gate.

Parking is found adjacent to Michlin House.
